The “Aras Residence” project is the first real estate project of the “Aras” group, which is based in Dubai. The project is located in the Majan area in Dubai, and is being built on an area of 17 thousand square feet at a total cost of 75 million dirhams.
The completion rate of the project, which is scheduled to be delivered in the last quarter of the end of the current year 2021, has reached more than 50% so far.
“Aras Residence” provides residents with a range of world-class facilities and amenities, including a gymnasium, a swimming pool, and a children’s play area, within a green environment and 24-hour security.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aras Group, Ashraf Mahmoud, said: “We began implementing the project during the pandemic and we were confident that the economic situation in the emirate would stabilize, so we were keen to continue working according to the drawn up plan.”
